The terms and conditions constitute an agreement between DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd and the client of the project agreement for the specific work outlined in this contract and nothing further. This represents the acceptance, commitment and approval of this binding contract between DeCraftsmen Company and its clients.
-This contract is made between DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd and their client as detailed herein to supply and construct the renovation works as described.
-This Contract shall constitute a binding agreement between the Customer and DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd it shall supersede all previous estimates, quotations, agreements, proposals, proposals to contract or contracts relating to this transaction.
-If delays are caused by client/installation is not commenced 14 calendar days dating from approval of the quotation by DeCraftsmen Company it may, at its option, terminate the quote by notice in writing to client.
-The client shall not assign this agreement to any third party. This agreement shall ensure the benefit of binding upon the parties in their respective heirs, successors and permitted assigns.
-Payment of all monies payable pursuant to this term and condition shall be due and payable upon completion and installation. A carrying of 5% interest on the outstanding amount shall be charged by DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd and be paid by client for all overdue balances to DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd until payment has been made in full.
-Ownership of materials supplied hereunder shall remain under the property of DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd until payment in full has been made (inclusive of any charges for variation order), and it is agreed that in the event of non-payment, DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd. shall have the right to enter upon the client premises at any time for the purpose of removing he materials supplied, whether or not the said materials are affixed to the client property. DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any damages that is caused to the client property as a result of removal of such materials. The removal of such product shall be without prejudice and to any additional legal proceedings which DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd may wish to take against the client to enforce the terms of this agreement.
-In the event of abnormal weather conditions as determined in each instance by, DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd shall postpone the works, including the date of completion, until such weather is suitable and permissible for continued construction. If the client insists of job continuation during abnormal weather conditions, special rates will be charged separately.
-Customer’s Liability
The Customer shall be liable for; Any loss, damage or injury whether direct or indirect or consequential, resulting from failure or delay in the performance of the customer’s obligations under these terms. Providing all necessary power and a clean water supply for DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd contractors use in the execution of the contracted works. – Ensuring that the site is cleared prior to work commencing. Ensuring items ordered directly by the Customer are delivered on time.
Staff from DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd may recommend products by various manufacturers but the final decision belongs to the customer. DeCraftsmen Company Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for products being changed by the manufacturer without warning.
