Chengal Wood

Chengal is a well-defined freshly sawn heartwood with its light yellow-brown together with a distinct greenish tinge, darkening upon exposure to dark purple brown or rust red. The grain is interlocked making the texture fine and evenly distributed without any clear arrangement.
